Jags Studios LLC provides photography and videography services including but not limited to:

  • Sports photography and videography

  • Wedding photography and videography

  • Family photography sessions

  • Media day and promotional content

All services are subject to availability and may require a signed contract before the project begins.

Booking and Payments

To secure a booking, clients may be required to:

  • Submit a booking request

  • Sign a service agreement

  • Pay a deposit or full payment depending on the service

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must notify Jags Studios as soon as possible.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.

  • Weather-related changes for outdoor sessions may be rescheduled when necessary.

Image and Video Usage

Jags Studios LLC retains the copyright to all photos and videos unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are granted permission to:

  • Share images on personal social media

  • Use images for personal purposes

Images may not be sold, altered significantly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Jags Studios LLC may use photos and videos for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Social media promotion

  • Website and marketing materials

Delivery of Content

Edited photos and videos will be delivered through an online gallery or digital download platform.

Delivery times may vary depending on the project type and workload.

Limitation of Liability

Jags Studios LLC is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Venue restrictions

  • Equipment malfunction (reasonable backups are used when possible)

In the unlikely event that services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client.
